We reached out to Barn Doors and More without any prior knowledge of their work, it was truly an example of blind faith. We met with Vicki and Bruce to get an estimate and knew immediately we would proceed with having them complete the work. We had just moved into a new condo with a 60" opening between the living room and 2nd bedroom. A traditional door was in place but we knew it could be so much more of a focal point. Vicki and Bruce could see our vision and recognized our disappointment in the mass produced barn doors we could find online. They took our vision, allowed us to modify our own design details, and used reclaimed wood to create our customized hanging doors. Bruce is a master craftsman and Vicki has an uncanny knack of listening to our thoughts and bringing a beautiful finish to Bruce's woodwork. The end result is a pair of beautiful doors that became the focal point we knew it could be. In addition, we then had them take a dining table over 100 years old, strip and refinish. The end result is a new life that will keep this table passed down a few more generations. I first discovered the furniture work that Vicki and Bruce do at a craft fair held at our office. The table on display was made from reclaimed barn wood, with a reclaimed window pane as the top, which opens for storage. It was very beautiful and eye catching. I promptly ordered one from them, and they even delivered it to my condo. It is very unique and one of a kind. I use it to store blankets. You won’t be disappointed!
